Fabrication
Our company has full infrastructure and fabrication facilities that allow us to serve several projects at the same time, regardless of their purpose, both for the construction of civilian facilities and onshore industrial infrastructure, as well as for marine vessels, offshore platforms and coastal installations. We produce sheet steel structures, standard profiles of structural elements, pipelines and complex modular assemblies. Our equipment can manufacture individual components or provide large assemblies, as well as perform a test fit and match large assemblies. We also perform blasting, post-welding heat treatment, non-destructive testing (NDT) and painting.
Manufacturing and assembly in the factory
Includes a certain level and scope of work performed before the installation or final assembly of our projects. Prefabricated structures, regardless of material, vary from steel structural sections or components of onshore, offshore and underwater structure, to sections of pipelines.
Fabrication and installation of steel structures
By combining these two components of services, we offer unsurpassed flexibility and efficiency for needs of our customers. We can produce, deliver and carry out installation of platforms or their components, bases for equipment, fencing systems, as well as conventional steel structures. For projects that include structural support, our staff provides support in logistics planning, budgeting, project coordination, and installation. Our design and engineering team will conduct all necessary negotiations and collection of documents on technical specifications with steel manufacturing plants.
